Luna Residences reached a defining milestone this month, with key stakeholders and project partners coming together on site to celebrate the official ground breaking ceremony.

The occasion brought together representatives from Unique Development Group, Launch Projects, Ewert Leaf, and Valeo Construction Group, marking the formal start of construction and the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the development. Turning the first sod is always a special moment, symbolising the transition from planning and design into the tangible, on-the-ground work of bringing a project to life.

It was a fantastic opportunity to bring the wider project team together and reflect on the collaboration, vision, and hard work that has gone into reaching this point.
