Construction Update: Luna Tops Out and Moves Ahead of Programme

Luna Residences has reached full height. The structure has topped out and the focus on site has now shifted from structure to fitting out.

Behind the scaffold, the work is well advanced. Mains water and stormwater connections to the site are complete. Fire, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical services are installed from the Basement through to Level 3 and internal wall framing is finished from the Basement to Level 2. Apartments are starting to take shape floor by floor.

The next month is a big one. Electrical mains will be connected to the project, the lifts go in and window and facade installation begins, with services and wall framing continuing up the building. The facade and windows will transform the project over the coming months and buyers will soon be able to see the finished form of Luna from the street.

Valeo Constructions is delivering to a highly professional standard and is currently ahead of programme. For buyers, that means confidence in the builder, visible progress every week and a completion date that is firmly on track.
